Chester Gladiators open age player Andrew Bowles is running the Chester Half Marathon to raise money for Rethink Mental Illness, a charity our club is proud to support.
This is a great effort and Andrew would be very grateful for any donations to help break the stigma on mental health.
The open age team are training tonight with an S&C session at The Athlete Factory Chester.
This is an outstanding facility and our club is delighted to be working with them to support the squad.

Chester Gladiators welcome South Ribble Rabbitohs in the North West Men's League.
This is the first meeting between the clubs and the match is a 2.00pm KO with free admission. All support is appreciated and refreshments will be available.

It's gameday! Head down to The Cheshire County Sports Club as the Gladiators Masters welcome Spring View (2.30pm KO).
Refreshments available during the game and post-match at The Centurion.
Chester Gladiators Masters Rugby League are in action tomorrow at The Cheshire against Spring View (2.30pm KO).
There are a couple of spaces in the squad so if there are players from other clubs who would like to guest or any old boys aged over 35 keen for a run out, get in touch.
Post-game refreshments at The Centurion and all support is appreciated.
Unfortunately all training sessions are OFF this evening as the pitch is waterlogged following today's heavy rain.
Apologies for the short notice however the decision has been made to protect the pitch for the weekend's games with further rain expected.
The Gladiators Masters are in action on Saturday and have room for a few more players if any old boys or anyone else aged over 35 would like to join them.
