We stayed here for just one night when we came to London to celebrate my mums 80th Birthday. We were upgraded on arrival to the penthouse suite. The apartment was superb. The staff sent complimentary cake and balloons. All the little extras just made our stay so special. The staff were so charming and polite and helpful. Can’t fault a thing and will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
