What an amazing time we had last night! Spending my birthday with family and friends with the best views ever. X

What an amazing place to stay for our annual trip to London. Our apartment was awesome, we had everything we needed and more. The views from our balconies and every window were just stunning. Add to that some of the nicest, friendliest staff I've ever come across nothing was too much for them, so helpful. Thank you Cheval for helping to make this weekend amazing can guarantee we will be back 🤗

We checked in about 6.30pm as far as the apartment and customer service I have no complaints. All staff made us feel welcome and treated us well. Only thing that I will say is, my eldest son made the booking, the first room was like a box and didn't suit our needs. So we upgraded, and staff upgraded us and made us feel welcome. BUT as to not cause any issues we told them we were here firstly for my 17 yr olds birthday plus we were completing my eldest sons music video, and we needed a room with a view plus big enough for a few guests to come to celebrate. Staff were fine with that but as soon as they saw young black boys, nothing was said but the look was enough. So I told them look im the mum and I or any of them would never disrespect or damage anything, plus you got all our details.They reassured me its ok plus the apartment was sound proof. So with that I felt ok. About 10pm our friends started arriving, none of them caused any problems but we got a knock on the door by security saying too many people were there and they were worried about the noise, health and safety and that this establishment did not cater for this and they had to leave. Fine I understand their worries but some staff were ok with it. But a few others were almost scared by our guests, and in a way made us feel we are not good enough for this category. Basically the point I want to get across is don't judge a book by its cover. We are not all bad, some of us have respect and morals and when we checked out we left the apartment how it was given, (and we know some were expecting the place to be wrecked). We work and pay our bills and if we book we are not too low to afford this. staff were wonderful even though they had doubts but we would definitely recommend and definitely come back again.

The best place to stay in London. Location superb, staff outstanding, apartments luxurious. Our favourite London accommodation. Back there again next month.

My family of four stayed here for a week in August. It was absolutely stunning and we couldn't believe just how perfect it all was from the rooms to the service. We enjoyed the special Debenhams designed apartment overlooking the Thames, with a view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. It was so nice to enjoy the air-conditioned apartment during what was a very hot week in London. I can't say a bad word about the place and hope to book again in the future.

I'm blown away with how amazing these apartments are, I couldn't be more happier, the views we breath taking, the beds where beyond comfy and service was on another level, will definitely stay here again. See you soon.

I have been posted to the U.K. for 9 months and now into month 3 and everyone couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. I have stayed before on short trips but with this being so long I have to say they do really make you feel like you are in a home away from home...

Busy and bustling spot right on the banks of the Thames with stunning city views. Great place to sit, chat and eat after following the tourist trail or to meet up with friends and family to make memories. Definitely going back.

A fantastic place to stay. It was my birthday and we were upgraded to a fabulous spacious apartment with a fantastic view opposite the Shard. The staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Great location, amazing place, highly recommended.
