CHF Consulting is a small independent consulting firm. We are based in the UK with extensive global expertise and connections. Most of our work is on mid-scale strategic projects, helping clients to plan and execute transformational change. Most management teams are righty focused on their day job – running the current business, and they just don't have the capacity or expertise to handle major change projects without help. Our work typically involves support for: - Mergers and Acquisition. Preparing for acquisition or sale and subsequent integration. - Strategic business reviews. Refocusing energy and resources on the activities which generate positive current margin, removal of value destroying activities and hence future growth. - New market entry or new product launch. Researching new opportunities, understanding customer needs and consumer insights and planning for launch. - Organisation redesign. Assessing current capability and fit with the business direction, redesign and managing people and process change. - Leadership and communication. Setting new strategic direction and energising the organisation to achieve the new goals. We recognise that each client and each project is unique. We don't do off-the shelf solutions. We value open and direct communication; we are clear about what we will deliver and also what we can't do.
