After a lovely Christmas rest, we are back and super excited for the year ahead. We have listened to lots of your thoughts from our first three months and have lots of new changes coming in the next few weeks starting with a move to full table service and some new menu items to follow shortly. Thank you for continuing to help shape & improve things at your local coffee & waffle hangout. Here is to a cracking 2019 for everyone full of fun, laughter, waffles and great coffee. Today is the last chance for a cup of this wonderful combination before we close up Chi Chi’s for a Christmas rest. It’s been a wonderful first few months getting to know so many of you and we are super excited to be continuing this journey in 2019. It’s the final wine & cheese evening of 2018 tonight but we will be continuing into 2019 if you can’t make it. Hopefully you can though 😊 🍷🧀🎄😉

Introducing The “DD Pappa” savoury waffle loaded with thyme roasted vegtables, served with a carrot purée, pickled beetroot cubes, topped with grilled goats cheese and garnished with crispy kale and fresh thyme. Perfect, hearty waffle fair for cold winter days 😉

Whoooooop- it’s nearly Thursday which means it’s wine & cheese night down at Chi Chi’s. Come on down for some delicious wines and awesome cheeses. What’s not to love ? 🧀 & 🍷

And to go with our wonderful wines, some simply awesome cheeses. I’ve personally tested them all at least three times and they are all perfectly delicious and awesome 😉🧀🍷😊

By popular demand we have brought forward the launch of our Thursday Cheese & Wine evening! Kicking this off will be the larger than life, Quentin of New Generation Wines leading you through our complete wine list for just £10. An amazing first week. Thank you to all you wonderful people who have come down to check us out, loved the speciality coffee and food and been part of this journey. We will keep working hard to continue to make it a great local hangout for everyone 😉

Just 2 weeks until we open our doors and welcome you all into Chi Chi’s for the very first time 👏😊We will be opening at 9am on Sunday the 16th September and look forward to seeing many of you during the day and in the weeks thereafter. Before then, a few pics as the interior nears completion ☕️🥞 😊
