Went on their first Saturday night, so the place was buzzing and I was very impressed with the whole set up. You wait a little while for the food, but it's worth the wait to get the amazing fresh taste. I look forward to sampling more of the menu in the future.

If you travel Stoke-on-Trent and looking for Grill food and Halal then go to Chicos. Very good taste of the chicken. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Car park facilities available.

Great place, peri chicken was on point and really enjoyed the madagascan cheesecake! best munch ive had in months!! Staff were awesome!

Called in yesterday .was amazing I've been before a year ago but I'm gonna make it a weekly thing now .service,food,decor the whole thing was great .oh ... more serviettes on the table there was 4 like there should of been but it can get a little messy lol

After a number of recommendations and after being told this place was better than nandos I was skeptical (huge nandos fan) however, I have to agree. Not only were the staff all extremely friendly and polite but the food was incredible and great value! Will be recommending to all of my friends and will definitely be coming back soon! Absolutely fantastic place thank you!

2nd time to visit here, food is spot on, service fast and friendly and sitting downstairs with a canal view is lovely.

I highly recommend this as the quality, quantity and price are great, We with definitely be bk again.

Have to be honest. The the staff on the second shift far far better. The food was nice, it was well presented. The rice gets my top marks

Visited today after being recommended by a friend. The order was wrong! Ordered mild and got really spicy chicken. While there was conflict between a customer and a member of staff. The young female member of staff swore at the customer and then the cook swore at another female member of staff. Will not be visiting here again! And will most definitely not recommend this place to friends and family! Absolutely shocking!!!

So disappointed took 45 mins for food to be served and that wasn't even cooked properly... No chillie sauce... How many customers complained whilst I was there waiting... Never going again.... Neither would I recommend this place to anyone !!!
