The Chiefs story began when the owner "chief" embarked upon a journey through America. He encountered many new flavours, spices and herbs that were indigenous to the Americas. The journey consisted of sampling some of the wildest and most flavoursome herbs and spices ever to exist. These flavours formed the bases of the first ever Chiefs chicken store in the UK. A new food revolution of original flavour chicken, burgers and wraps was inevitable. Anyone lucky enough to sample these new flavours would instantly be hooked towards this new concept of food.
