Children Of Peace

Children of Peace was founded in 2004 to protect children and promote peace between communities in Israel and Palestine. We are a UK based non partisan, conflict resolution NGO that works with disadvantaged children in Gaza, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon and the West Bank as well as their communities. This is regardless of culture, faith, gender or heritage. We do this through programmes and projects in: • Art. • Education. • Healthcare. • Sport. We are are the central focus for a network of over 180 CBOs and NGOs in the region, known as the Coalition of Peace – which acts as a corridor of peace, encouraging reconciliation, dialogue, friendship, contact & peace building. The Coalition of Peace is the single largest peace network across the Middle East. Patrons: Madonna, Dame Judi Dench and Dr. Sentamu, (the Archbishop of York). Royal Patron: Princess Gabriele zu Leiningen. Our friends include: Dame Helen Mirren, Matt Lucas, Sophie Ellis Bextor, David Baddiel, Mark Ronson, Patrick Stewart and Corinne Bailey Rae.
