Wow… We are overwhelmed!
The Children’s Play Village has been announced as the WINNER of the Days Out With The Kids award for Best Day Out for Under 5’s in the Midlands Region . We are amazed at the public response since opening our doors just 36 weeks ago. It is always our pleasure to host such amazing children and families who have visited and continue to embrace and enjoy our efforts to create a wonderful play environment and experience for little ones and grown ups. We w...ould like to thank all of those who voted, all of those who have supported us and of course our amazing team who work so hard everyday to make sure The Children’s Play Village offers the very best experience that it can to all of our guests.
To have come top of the list of finalists that included Thomas Land at Drayton Manor, CBeebies Land at Alton Towers and The West Midlands Safari Park is an fantastic start to our story but we won’t be resting on our laurels and we are already writing Chapter 2… we have so many ideas and plans to be better and improve further; we look forward to putting these plans into action and creating more magical role play memories in Warwick and beyond.

Thank you to all our guests this morning that came together for such a beautiful moment to pay our respects for Remembrance Sunday. We played BBC at the Cenotaph over our PA and joined together in our Bistro for the two minute silence at 11am. As many stood listening to the cannons, the chimes of Big Ben and the buglers playing the last post even some of the children could be seen stopping in their tracks. With little ones playing, it was a bitter sweet moment for us all to hear their laughter and chatting whilst we remembered the fallen during the silence.
Lest we forget.

We are delighted to announce that we will be opening a number of new Villages across the U.K throughout 2019 & 2020…. Each of our Play Villages will be unique with no two Villages being the same!
New venues remain Top Secret for now but Little Villagers living in Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, The Black Country, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, The East Midlands, Cheshire & Buckinghamshire might have reason to be a little excited! Hi all, The Village will be taking a little rest next week and will be closed on Tues 11th, Weds 12th & Thurs 13th September. This is the first of our planned regular closures to carry out essential improvements and maintenance work.
It is so important for us to keep our beautiful Village in tip top condition for all of our guests to enjoy and for this to be done to the highest standard we will close every so often. Our team have given their all for what has been a fantasti...c and busy summer so we will be spending some quality time (and a little R&R) with our team to plot, plan and rehearse new dramas for the forthcoming months. It gives us time to have a good old sort out and deep clean, and it would be a miss not to get stuck into testing and trying some changes to our menu. All other play sessions are available to book as usual subject to availability.

As summer draws closer to an end and the anticipation of a new term looms, with new shoes and lunchboxes bought – It seems the excitement of the Village is keeping the summer fun feeling alive and taking us right into September. Our next available dates for those who want to visit us over the next few weeks is from the 3.30pm session on Tuesday 4th September onwards. That’s right, Summer is officially booked out and bookings are being made into September!

my little boy and i had such an amazing session this morning. amazing place, staff and food. we go to A LOT of places but this is our new favourite!! booked again as soon as we got home. thank you! x

What a lovely place to play! My children thoroughly enjoyed their session and when asked what was the best bit they both named a long list of all of it! The staff are friendly and told engaging songs and stories throughout the session. What is more the play village is kept incredibly clean and tidy at all times. The children are even encouraged to tidy up at the end! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

Well done what a well thought out and imaginative experience you have created.

The venue is stunning and every tiny detail thought of.

We visited today with two 4 year olds and a nearly two year old. Big smiles all round. What a lovely well thought out play centre. The staff are brilliant and the place is kept so clean and tidy throughout the session. Will definitely be visiting again

We visited the play village today with my daughter and 3 of her friends. The cafe area was perfect for having a break from the fun and tasting the delicious, brilliant value food (we had 2 sharing platters - yummy). The play area itself is fabulous, I would echo others comments that it makes a change from soft plays. Our group of children played really nicely and loved the variety, the attention to detail in the area is brilliant - the parcels in the post office are all labelled to indicate where they should be delivered to. Fantastic place, brilliant staff, great for families - thank you for making today so wonderful!

We took our children yesterday (18mths and 4 1/2) and they absolutely loved it. Its a really great, safe space for the kids so the parents can relax in the comfort of the bistro or wander around keeping an eye on/playing with their kids. The building has been renovated to a very high standard and geared towards families. I had one slight issue in waiting 45mins for food but these things can happen anywhere and they were busy. It didnt have any impact on the high opinion of the place. The staff where also great and really friendly and it was nice to see they had 'playmakers' there to get all the children to engage in the roleplay with a little backstory. We are already planning our next visit!

We have just attended the Disability Play Session with our 4 year old autistic daughter and I would highly recommend it. The staff were very understanding and knew when to try to interject and when the children were best left to it. Excellent small numbers made it safe and flexible for each child with their individual needs to explore all areas to their hearts content. A very good experience, and this mummy for once felt relaxed and confident her daughter was happy and safe in a play area. Thank you so much for a wonderful time, we can't wait to come again

We have just arrived home and what an amazing day, the children absolutely loved it!! The ladies were all lovely and it was very well organised and controlled....the food was lovely too!!! Will defanetly be returning!

We had my son's birthday party at the play village during the school holidays. The premises was clean and tidy and the play area fully stocked, with all the toys and accessories in good condition.

Staff went above and beyond to make it a great party and the picnic style food area looked amazing.

I would thoroughly recommend.

We had a fab morning here. Our children loved the whole set up. Something different to indoor soft play. Lovely quality and engaging scenarios for them to interact with. We will definitely return. Excellently priced and the team working there were great too

Visited today with my baby and 3-year-old and we had the most amazing time!! It is honestly the best place I’ve taken my daughter. Everything was of the highest standard, good quality toys and the different areas were so creative!! The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, I will be recommending this place to everyone and will be back soon!!!

This place is wonderful, staff are great, the place is clean and the village is fabulous. The food came in little picnic baskets for the children and the chicken and chorizo salad I had was delicious. Prices aren’t huge which makes a change for this type of place, Will definitely be back.

This is not just for teenie children! My 8year old absolutely loves coming to play and I have to drag her and her friends out of the hairdressing salon mostly! We come to the 3.30 session after school which can often be quieter. We would love a session for the KS2 Children! Oh and the cakes are amazing!!

The best children’s venue I have ever been and such a lovely change from soft play. Solid entertainment for my 2 and 4 year old for 2.5 hours. The team even made a fuss of my little boy as it was his birthday and gave him a card. Thank you for a lovely day x

Thanks to the directions on the website we found the place with ease. Very impressed with set up on arrival and the use of team members to set the imagination in motion. Love that its a shoes off place as keeps everything immaculately clean. Great toilet facilities and lovely cafe. Couldn’t compliment the staff more for being for friendly and of course the village is just so well thought out down to the smallest detail. My son and niece had a brilliant time �

Our first visit today and will certainly not be our last! Wonderful atmosphere, they really have thought of everything, also comfy for the adults in the cafe, beautiful reasonable priced food and drinks. My kiddies ages 5 and 7 loved it we can't wait to come back xx

Myself, my wife and two kids attended today. They really enjoyed it and can’t wait to return. You really are a hidden gem in Warwickshire as we didn’t even know you existed until we seen someone else post they were there on Facebook and thought we would give it a try. So glad we did; kids loved it as did we. Would advise future people to book as slots fill up really fast, however this is testament to how great it is. 5/5

My my little girl (Nearly 3) and little boy (6months) went today for the first time. I was really impressed the kids loved it ! Food service was quick and fairly reasonably priced. My little girl was sad to leave and can’t wait to go back. Only negative is they don’t have little toilet seats or potties something that makes my life easier when out and about !

My little boy is 3 and was unsure at first but it didnt take him long to go off on his own and not want us around! Staff were brilliant with the children and make you feel so welcome! Will definately go again!

Like the other reviews the attention to detail is outstanding. During our play session the play workers involved the children in helping look for pirate clues and treasure.

The bistro is a lovely area to take time for a bite to eat or a well earned coffee.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough

Just come home from an amazing visit to the children’s play village, worth every penny! The attention to detail in each room is amazing, everything was so clean and all toys and dress up was immaculate aswell �

I’ve been a number of times with my 3yr old and 7 month old, my 3 year old absolutely loves it and so do I (especially as its air conditioned and clean throughout).

I’d like to see the introduction of a loyalty scheme for entrance or for coffee, maybe attend nine sessions get the tenth free (possibly a quieter session free such as the 3:30pm)

I took my daughter aged 2 for the first time this afternoon. She absolutely loved her time in the village.

It is so well thought out and beautifully built with real care and attention to detail.

I was also very impressed by the play area specifically designed for younger babies as it’s so rare to find somewhere that appeals so well to children of mixed ages.

The staff were so welcoming on arrival and friendly and enthusiastic throughout the entire session.

There is so much to do and I know we will be making regular visits from now on.

Highly recommend the village, so much to do for children of all ages!

I think we have just had one of the best mornings we’ve ever had visiting the play village! The staff were fantastic and very engaging, everything was so clean and well set up plus the food was delicious!! My kids enjoyed every minute and the 2.5hr slot was just the perfect amount of time so they didn’t get too tired! Thank you...

I can’t speak highly enough about the Play Village. We visited today with my 3 year old son, my 3 month old daughter and a few of our friends. The attention to detail is amazing, the staff are fantastic and the place is absolutely spotless. I would have loved a place like this when I was a kid!

We never tried any food on this occasion, but it all looked lovely, and we will definitely be back.

The 2.5 hour play sessions are a great idea, and really work.

Had a fantastic time at the play village yesterday with my two boys aged 5 and 2. Was amazed at the attention to detail in each play area. Definitely would have loved a place like this when I was a child. Both boys were sad to leave and cannot wait to come again.

Finally got the chance to visit with my little girl and was not disappointed at all! I loved how everything was tidied up between sessions and the detail and thought that had gone into making each role play area realistic! Can't wait to go back again!

Fantastic place! Both my 3&1 year old loved it, so much to do and so good for imaginative play. High quality equipment and friendly play workers. Definitely be returning again soon!

Extremely impressed with the attention to detail in each of the little houses, very good staff and everything appeared really well looked after. Food was also good and I liked how clean overall it was.

Came here yesterday with my 4 year old. She’s got a huge imagination and enjoys imaginative play. The play makers here were brilliant and still continued the show, even when no children were paying attention �

It’s very clean and looks pleasent. The toys are of high quality and clean. I love that the adults are free to enter, which is a rarity for children’s things!

Amazing quality place. With lovely staff. Had no idea really what to expect but once inside and in play mode it was fantastic fun! the attention to detail in each area is brilliant My 5 year old daughter and her 5 year old friend had a blast. Great to see Girls and boys of all ages mixing together to be literally anything they want to be. The vets was a big hit for ours!

Absolutly fantastic. Kept 5 hard to please children amused and busy for 3 hours while us parent chatted while still being able to keep an eye on the children. Staff are fantastic and good was loverly and very fair priced ( which you don't find a lot of places) cannot wait to book to go back!

Absolutely wonderful! So lucky to have this on our doorstep- my little one is ten months old and thoroughly enjoyed himself. I can't wait to return and watch him have more and more fun as he gets older. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant. This place has such great attention to detail. Spotlessly clean. Helpful friendly staff. Yummy food. Great idea to only allow a maximum number of children into each session. Cannot fault a single thing. (Just a shame it’s 106 miles round trip, but we will be back!)

Clean and well organised indoor play area that my children enjoyed.

Friendly staff provide role play activities with well stocked areas so all children can join in and play. The cafe provides fresh, well presented food with healthy food options. I actually loved the fact there are no sweets on sale so was perfect for my already crazy 5yr old.

Highly recommend for all ages.

A large group of us traveled from Swindon today and what can I say... this place is amazing!!! Well worth the journey up and amazing value for money. The attention to detail and quality of each area is fantastic. We took a picnic and found a park very close by where we spent a further 2 hours. We shall definitely be back!! X

Think it would suit children over two best. My friends children seem to enjoy it a bit more as their a bit older and less shy than my daughter who is two.

Has a really good visit today. Food was lovely & lots of brilliant imaginative play choices for the children. Only negatives were no small toilets, potty’s or toilet seat covers for children which I would expect at a place specifically for children around potty training age. Also there was only one baby change available.

Fabulous environment! So engaging and not over crowded even I the School holiday. Food service was rather slow (a group of 4 of us and 2 got our meals and then there was a 25minute wait before the other two meals came so we didn’t get to eat together) and they had no cakes which was a shame but overall it was a great experience!
