Unfortunately we are having issuing with our card machine and can only accept cash payments.
We have ordered a new machine however it won't be here until tomorrow and they can't give us a time 😩

Another long night last night but finally feels like we're slowly getting there! 😬

Wow been none stop all day today 😩 new party room floor laid, counter ripped out and new cupboards back in.
Still bits that need doing but we're only human and in need of a break 😴 will be back down there tonight when we'll be adding doors to cupboards, putting kick boards on and ripping up the yellow party room floor ready for new to be laid tomorrow 😊
Carpet cleaning company will be in again through the night tonight and we will hopefully be ready to open in the morning at... the normal time of 9.30am 👍🏼

Following on from flood on Sunday, flood was due to a water pipe that feeds to the hot water urn behind the counter bursting.
Carpets have been cleaned and dried, however as the days have gone on a unpleasant smell has now occurred as water has gotten under the counter cupboards.
Therefore we have made the decision to close tomorrow to demolish the counter area and re-build a fresh new one. This will NOT affect any party's booked so please don't worry.
... I can only apologise to the customers who have been offended by the situation, but rest assured we are acting on your feedback.

‼️Update‼️ - we have managed to get a lot of the water up today, the water pipe has been fixed and we now have water 💦
Unfortunately one of our party room flooring has had to be taken up and we are going to be laying new flooring tomorrow.
Although most of the water has been removed today, the floor is still slightly damp, therefore we will be closed again tomorrow and hope that with the beautiful weather forecast it will be dried out by Tuesday.
... Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you to all the party's we have had to cancel for being so understanding.
This was not how we envisioned spending our bank holiday weekend with such amazing weather forecast. However, we hope each and everyone of you has an amazing bank holiday Monday in the sun ☀️

Our water pipes have exploded and flooded us. Staff are working extremely hard to sort this issue out.

Due to rescheduling of all but one party today we will be closing at 4pm. Looks like everyone's either enjoying building snowmen ⛄️ or keeping warm indoors !! Open as normal tomorrow 11.30 till 5 😊

We hired out chilly kids for a private party for my sons 4th birthday yesterday and had a great time. Sharna was our party host and was fantastic. Great with the kids and getting them all together to sing happy birthday and eat. She took her time to have a chat with our little boy and all the other kids as well. All in all great day had thank you Sharna! :)

We had our 4yr olds birthday party there yesterday morning - the sole use option. Sophie was our party host and was extremely helpful and attentive throughout. Sophie checked with me about details such as the cakes, photos and talked me through everything. The kids had a great time, the grown ups were all very relaxed and the party food went down a treat. Thank you so much to the team - always a pleasure �

We had my little boys 5th birthday party here and the staff were amazing. I walked in ready to set everything up and was greeted by Tracie who told me not to worry about a thing just to enjoy the party and the staff would take care of everything. The staff just couldnt do enough for us everyone had a great time and i had no stress as everything was taken care of for me. I cant thank all the chilly kiddys staff enough for making my sons birthday the best day it could be.

Think it’s brilliant for the money drinks and food are not to expensive to break the bank and friendly staff

Thanks for a great party for our daughter's 5th birthday. Sophie was a brilliant host and fantastic with the children. Food was perfect and nothing too much trouble for them :)

Really good for the money reasonably priced food and entry fee loads of room to run around and the staff are nice

I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at chilli kiddys for making my sons birthday amazing. A big thank you to Beth our party host, you were brilliant with all the children.

I would recommend this place to anyone �������

I had a party here for my sons 2nd birthday ot was great. Very hetic and ridiculously busy but i guess everyone had same sort of idea of the weather bad been bad but the staff handled it and organised it really well to say the how busy it was. But on the other i note i use this place quiet regular anyway very cheap food and drinks are cheap and nice never had problem and best one out the 3 in nearer by area. I recomened to everyone! Will be paying a vist when kids all go back to school:)

First time visiting today and was very impressed by the high standards everywhere. The staff member who greeted us at entry was very friendly and made us great hot drinks. I’m also an owner of a soft play in redditch and it was lovely to be able to relax and enjoy watching my daughter play in such a lovely environment. Well done to the owners. Will be back in summer hols when I can get another day off!! Jane and ellie.

Breakfast with Santa! Amazing the kids loved it! There was no waiting around the kids didn’t get bored, No hassle whatsoever. Breakfast was lovely and served straight away and kids played until they saw Santa. Seeing Santa wasn’t rushed and the elf’s were lovely and attentive. Great photos were taken which we could buy, perfect keepsake. Clean and happy environment, the new play areas are much better. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing’s to much trouble. Highly recommend and will most definitely return soon and for Santa breakfast next year! Great job guys! Merry Christmas!

Simply not enough toilets especially female as the moms take boys in the girls (as expected) cubicles too small for a parent taking child so it's a struggle to maintain privacy. No time or age restrictions so children almost senior school age bullying little kids for money for the machines if you don't watch them like a hawk. Because no time limit at peak periods huge queues out on to car park. Staff friendly enough despite stress levels they must be under. Food very reasonably priced.

I'm sorry but I can only give you a 3 *.

Lovely friendly staff.

Admission price very good.

Seating area and table clean.

Toilets very clean.

Only thing letting it down was the balls most were crushed and looked very cheap and the outer play area frame was very very dusty.

Dust could be seen from the table were I was sitting and it didn't look very nice.

Apart from that everything was good and I would come back.

staff there were lovely but the place is very under staffed and allow far too many children in during school/bank holidays. one lady yesterday was trying to do about three jobs at once, including helping my son who was kicked on purpose in the face. the amount of children was ridiculous and they were still letting more in which is when the injuries happen. AVOID in school holidays. and chilly kiddies sort your self out, much more staff needed, your staff you do have only have one pair of hands...give them a break!!

Not safe. Gate was proped open at closing time allowing my 3yr onto the car park. Luckily I noticed she was missing and wasnt far behind her to catch her before something happend. Lost time checking the toilets as they are by the exit. But still enough to scare me half to death when i thought it was a safe place.

Been here today I wasn't impressed at all there was food over the floor tables not clean parents wasn't watching there children and it smelt funny in the play area I won't be goin again

Oh my goodness. The whole place smells like cheesy feet. I understand that they've had a flood recently but there's no excuse for reopening a child orientated business with such an horrendous odour. Do yourself a favour and get a professional carpet cleaning company in to deodourise your tiles instead of walking round with a can of air freshener. Sorry....got to go.... I'm gagging.
