Pre-ordered our food at 2pm to collect at 7.30pm. Arrived at 7.30pm and had to wait 50 minutes before we got our food, all while other customers arrived after me and left before. It was Christmas Eve, so I expect a busy night, hence the pre-order, but a 50 minute wait with no warning, explanation or apology was not good enough. They're saved from a lower rating by the excellent food.

Favourite restaurant. Every year on 5th September, our anniversary, my husband books a table and every year it is 5* food and service.

Just tried calling them to ask them to email me a menu as the online menu isnt available. The lady that answered the telephone was rude and not hepful at all. She told me in an abrupt manor she wasnt willing to send me a menu and what did i want? I hung up. Food is meant to be ok but service is shocking!!!

Expensive for what you get. Food quiet bland and uninteresting. Would not go again.

Excellent Chinese restaurant take the wife on her birthday every year and she always loves it staff are really friendly and always remember us lol

Mostly use for the take away which is good quality you can even enjoy a crafty 1/2 in the bar while you wait.
