Chinese Chef has been open for business since 1995 by the hard-working couple that is Mr and Mrs Pang , cooking delicious Chinese food for all to enjoy.

Head Chef Mr Pang has a real passion for cooking and always cooks with his heart and soul. He has always put 100% into everything he does. Mr pang started working at a young age and his skills and cooking improved as he gained more experience, finally in 1995 he was able to open with his wife their own takeaway.

Since then the takeaway has flourished and enjoyed success in producing delicious food that makes customers happy and wanting more. Many have since chosen Chinese Chef as the only place to get good take out Chinese food and have been coming back for many many years.

The never diminishing demand for such flavourful dishes has made Mr Pang feel a huge amount of achievement and always strives to try to improve.

Over the years many dishes have had to be taken off the menu as workload has increased with more demand for some dishes that take long to prepare and with Mr Pang the only one being able to cook them (secret recipes) he has had to stop selling some of these dishes. He feels sad about this and hopes that ones day he maybe able to find a way to reintroduce these lost dishes back to the menu for all to enjoy.
