Chinese Language And Culture For Business

The Chinese Language and Culture for Business London (CLCB) is a flagship, part-time executive programme for leaders and managers with a global vision and a particular interest in doing business in China. It is run by The Confucius Institute for Business London (CIBL) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), jointly with Tsinghua University in Beijing. This 40-week programme aims at empowering individuals and groups with the ability to communicate in Mandarin effectively. It equips participants with important cultural understanding and insight to work with Chinese people professionally. We provide unique opportunities for students to attend a variety of networking events with high-profile CEOs throughout the year. There is also an optional summer study trip to one of the most prestigious universities in China - Tsinghua University, Beijing. By the end of the course, we aim to help students achieve at least Level 2 in the HSK exam, an internationally recognised Chinese exam for non-native speakers.
