Top place propa hiphop banging food lovely staff you can't go wrong highly recommend

Some epic nights of live hip hop music. The food is amazing. Friendly staff. Highly recommended, even if you don't like the music, go for the food.

One of my favourite spots in London. Music is dope and the food is surprisingly good.

Me & my wife reserved a table today for the afternoon and we were introduced by a wonderful waiter and the chef (namely John) who were great to talk to and they provided great solutions for what we could choose to eat! We both had to go for the half jerk chicken with brown rice ‘n’ peas and fried plantain on the side! The food was delicious as expected and their beer is very cold! � mmmmmmm!



We will return again when we are next in Brixtaan for sure! �

Just had a cracking meal using the 2-4-1 Tuesday deal, few beers a couple of rib eye steaks � cooked perfectly with a jerk chicken meal and the Caribbean style Tuna steak dinner............fantastic grub and excellent value!!

Its a place where the food is heaven service 5 star and the atmosphere 10 star .

First visit last night for Public Enemy/Rodney P/Skinnyman and cameo from the mighty B Real.

Bad staff are great. Door staff very professional. Good sound system. Good vibes all round.

First time I went there, it's not just the food that's off the hook, it's the amount of people I met there through this social media. GREAT VIBES, Where else can you eat fish and chips and rock J Dilla blasting through the speakers at the same time?!!!

CHIP SHOP is a MAGIC place to be if you like dope HIP HOP, there is great staff, good food, and unforgettable Old School events.. You got to be in CHIP SHOP to feel CHIP SHOP!!

Been going for a month now since living local and every time the dj's, sets and bartenders have been on point more than any other bar like this I've ever seen. A must go, period.

A must for any hiphop fan! A museum of lots of hip hop memorabilia, awesome food and drinks! If u are lucky then a few hiphop legends might be dropping in too!

Tonight's set was off the chain. Old skool hip hop vibes. None of this mumbling rubbish. Would definitely give it a look in if you're a real music lover! The only reason I've given it a 4 and not 5 is because the bar is small, and did mega crowded at one point. That said I still can't wait to go again!

The music selection is good but not too loud which I think is key. The staff were really and friendly and we were pretty shocked by how huge the portion sizes are especially for the quality of the the food. Defs would come back.
