Chip Stop

Me and my friend ordered some food and its rank. The women who delivered the food couldn't find the house and was also quite rude on the phone. The food isn't the best either, the chips look half eaten and the chicken nuggets taste like they have been left out for a week and reheated. Would not order from here again.

Went to collect my family dinner. Only to be told I had to wait another 15 minutes so that they can prepare my fish and chips. No smiles, no sorry for the delay and because I spent alot, I achieved a free bottle of pop, I had to tell them, rather than them using their integrity. Very stingy on portion, the least they could have done is given us a better sized portion for the 25 minutes wait! Poor customer service, will not going back there. Not sure on what or why they won the shop of the year award! :/

Wonderful service, clean friendly place. The food was nice and fresh very tasty. The shop looks like a brand new shop that has just opened because of how clean it is and always is even if the shop is busy it is still clean. The member of staff I got served by was very polite and friendly and had a smile on his face which made me feel welcome. My favourite chippy. Thank you for the lovely food chip stop.

Clean pleasant appearance.
The owners of this shop are always there to ensure every customer is treated as a special customer. All the food is cooked in small batches so is always piping hot and fresh. Occasionally there may be a short wait at lunch time because to prevent wastage they only cook eg roe to order. They also do gluten free items to order. I won't use any other chip shop in Penn. BRILLIANT.
