Chippenham Town FC, known as the Bluebirds, are proud members of the Vanarama National League South Division, the sixth tier of the English Football pyramid. Formed in 1873, the club plays it home games at The Thornbury Surfacing Stadium. The club is committed to the local community with its Academy, Ability Counts team and has new facilities that will bring local businesses together.
