Me and my mom went this afternoon after we had been to the cinema for a change.Seated straight away.Spoilt for choice on food.Drinks was nice and food was amazin we still had some left over so had it boxed up and took away with us.Will be comin back in near future.

I've been here on many occasions previously but last night - new years eve - stood out for me. After being turned away from other restaurants (our own fault as we hadn't Pre booked) we arrived here at about 10pm and were greeted kindly by a busy looking member of management and seated more promptly than anticipated. After being seated it was clear that the restaurant was busy and there were a few parties causing some problems for the staff and even a group of young kids running around all over the place. Our waiter however, Liam, was wonderfully attentive, polite and apologetic about our drinks being delayed. There only appeared to be one person working on the bar so in the end he went and made our drinks himself. He appeared to be the calm in a sea of madness which was great. We really enjoyed our visit and in the end were pleased that we were unable to get into other places. We hope he enjoyed his new year after work and made it to his family party to celebrate!

All 3 courses and our cocktails were delicious as always and we even made it home in time to see the New Year in with family. Thank you and Happy New Year x

Had a little mishap on my birthday last March but returned tonight where Jo and Leah pulled out all the stops with awesome food, hospitality and service. Thank you ladies! Two very happy customers who will return... must add the ribeye was awesome, tender and delicious! �

First visit for me. Great decor, friendly staff who seated us promptly, good menu with plenty of balanced choice for people like me who don't like tortillas with everything. I picked the salmon and cod skewers with mixed salad but the others had steak tortillas and 3 items from the street food. We will visit again. Thank you �

Been visiting the Bentley Bridge Chiquitos for years and it’s mine and my partners favourite restaurant, we’ve never had a bad experience here and the food is lovely. Our server tonight, Lauren, was incredibly sweet, genuine and helpful. Thanks again for a lovely meal �

Tasty food, very quick service. It was very busy but we didn’t have to wait for our drinks or food

Food was excellent, as always. The service was very good. Only negative, it was really cold inside!!! Had to keep our jackets on!!

Amazing food (chicken strips-you do only get 3 just under a fiver I think, but then the chips & dips are good value for £2.99) fajitas and enchiladas for main which were both amazing!

Only downside was my Mex on the Beach cocktail it was more like a chunky ice slush puppy. Pieces of ice were too big to drink up but not big enough to take out like ice cubes, and had soaked up some of the cocktail. Had about 3 small mouthfuls which considering the price of them is disappointing. Pina colado was spot on though!

The food was great however this was overshadowed by the service. I went with my friend so that we could have a good catch up. We decided not to go Nandos as it always feels rushed in there.

But it was no different here - we had a waiter who just didn't want to leave us in peace, from ordering, to eating and then for the bill! Which was the worst part! We ordered dessert and thought we'd chill and chat but the waiter was constantly asking us how we would like to pay, when we would like to pay... At 10.30 with still half an hour to go until they closed and bearing in mind there were still 4 other tables eating he came over and insisted we paid as they were closing soon! We really felt like we were pushed out. Won't be eating at this branch again

Not good when eating with a child... no apology either for the wait... ...

Chiquitos May be approved by the coeliac society but be careful! Last night my supposed gluten free meal came with normal tortillas despite ordering from the gluten free menu. Luckily I asked if they were the right ones as I’ve had this happen at chiquitos in Walsall too in the past month.

Don’t trust that they’ll get your order right and double or triple check!

Also had to wait 20 mins for the drinks we ordered and considering there was only 2 of us this seemed a bit ridiculous.

We entered a near empty restaurant and when offered drinks were told No draught beer , poor start . £5 a pint is far too much for a bottle of Doombar . The food was pretty good , although the service was very slow and I didn’t feel inclined to tip , which is a shame as I normally do . We had our 18 month old grandson with us and the children’s chairs were very antiquated and not very comfortable for him . However the waitress was very considerate and at least expedited his food up for him . This was our ever first visit to Chiquita’s , and we were not overly impressed. 5out of 10.

Both mine and my friends food was vile, my CHICKEN burger came with many strands of pink in it which thank god I only had a few bites of before realising, made me feel physically sick. The portions were laughable, quality of food itself was embarrassingly bad for the expensive price. I've had better meals for half the price, even at McDonald's. However the staff were helpful, but I can safely say I will NOT be returning

Went here the other night, was terrible. Waited 45mins after they seated us, still not ordered any food so by this point I got my coat and got up. Soon come running over to take the order. Got asked what I wanted to order, I replied nothing now after ive waited 45mins! So got my coat and walked out and certainly won't be returning!

Usually love this place! Came yesterday with my boyfriend and as I took a bite out my taco, I found a piece of plastic! Could have easily choked on it! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Will not be visiting again!

This restaurant should be closed down. The service is unbelievably appauling. The poor young waiter that served us yesterday was trying his best but they were under staffed and the restaurant was not even that busy. It felt like we waited ages for everything that we ordered and when the food arrived it was awful. My mother ordered chicken fajitas ... after eating some she realised that it was raw in the middle. She has since been very unwell and has been diagnosed with severe food poisoning as a result. We ordered a birthday brownie for our daughter and waited 40 mins for it. I asked on two or more occasions when it would be coming and was very rudely told that it was on its way but that there was a new chef and he did not know how to write the happy birthday. There was no real apology and they were just incredibly rude. When the brownie did arrive it was awful Please PLease Please think twice before eating at this establishment. We will NEVER be returning. .

The food was tastey, until it came out the other end at 90mph. Spent the night throwing up and sitting on the toilet. Not impressed. Waiting staff were also inconsistent, started with a woman taking our order then the rest of the night it was someone different even though the first woman was still working
