Fantastic service and friendly staff, asked for a few more prawns for my fajitas, got extra prawns, and £7 off my bill, without prompt, very good food, will be returning

Nice food with friendly service

First time there on a Sunday evening. Nice clean restaurant. Service was prompt and food very good. Bit pricey compared to our usual haunts - even with a 30% discount voucher for the main meals.

We visited on Sunday as a family of 4 and it seems to be getting less customer friendly each time we go. I noticed the food & drinks menus have changed and now there isn’t as much choice (both my favourite starter & main have been removed�).

No offers on the cocktails � No kids’ activity pack, which my daughter noticed was absent � Also no popcorn appetisers were brought to the table�

It’s the little extras like that which initially made it a firm family favourite.

It might just have been a bad day or they have been doing some cost cutting.

The service and the food was okay (the garlic tortilla was actually delicious).

We missed Sandy who always goes the extra mile & is a credit to the restaurant.

Not a great start went to f&b first to be told no steaks .. went to Chiquitos and placed our order starters came out pretty quick halfway through them only to be told by the waitress no steak would you like to see a menu to choose something else he’s had to order a burger as nothing else he can eat ... at least f&b told us at time of ordering not half way through starters poor poor communication guys not very impressed xxx

Service good but the portions were far too small, ordered volcano sauce ... more like tasteless sauce, sent a meal back as there was no double up of beef chilli & pulled pork, hardly any chicken in the burrito, the ultimate fajita @ £18 was a rip off, as it wasn't as big as the table next door & they had double the amount of topping !!! �

Lager was served in a beer glass (no widget), nachos starter was cold & a rip off at £12,

Sorry but we won't be returning

Had to wait awhile the lady brought the drinks. We waited ages brought the childrens meals with our starters. Ordered more chips chips came no main meal for us when we asked they had forgotten our meals. We had to wait. When our food came ordered moredrinks. We were supposed to get desserts with the childrens meals we were in there that long we left without them having them otherwise don't know how long we would have to waithe for them. Totally rubbish service

Food was good but portions relatively small especially for the price. Overall I think ‘fair’ is a fair review........
