Oh dear came last year fantastic this time round shocking ;(

Very good food and friendly staff nice relaxing place to eat

Seating area was dirty still, prices are far too expensive for quality and quantity of food, never ever buy a pitcher - only serves 2 drinks when you could buy 3 separate drinks for the same price at least! Waiters/waitresses look like they hate life

Asked for something off menu & they happily obliged. Excellent food. One of my favourites

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and love the fact it's all cooked from fresh and is excellent value for money too!! Staff are lovely and very attentive, thank you Chiquito's!!

The waitress was very friendly and hard working. The meal took a while to come but was worth the wait. The infused sea bass was very tasty. Had strawberry daiquiri and tiramisu cocktail, which were both ok, but the most outstanding part of the evening was the tequila sampler. Very nice!

So overpriced the waitress was clueless and some waiter with a lisp no one could understand stand spat on the sides while spouting out nonsense and left before I was ever even able to complain. But that aside even though we had to pay for them without even being able to eat them. Avoid the meals with rice as you'll recive 95% rice in your mediocre Mexican food. All I say is you're better off for your money and taste at the burger kind just a short walk away. (and my soft drink was watered down so much I got more flavor out of the ice cubes)

Great place that works hard under pressure during venues at the Arena. Unfairly criticised at times due to the high demands it has to deal with. Lovely staff who always have a smile and deliver. Thanks to Ben and the others for making our night. Cheers Guys.

Seated straight away but then sat there for 20 minutes before somebody came to take our order and that was only because I stopped to ask someone and they went to get our waitress. Then it was a further 50 minute wait for food. My fajita portion size was shocking. I'm sure when I've been on previous occasions I've had much larger serving sizes and a gentleman on a close table appeared to have more. The fajitas were also very bland and most of the onions were pretty much raw which meant they went cold quickly and just generally didn't taste nice. The table next to us had arrived and ordered before us and still didn't have their food when we'd finished ours. Whilst eating we heard people complaining their table was dirty and staff going to deal with the waitress that hadn't cleaned it and when I went to the ladies bathroom there was toilet tissue and water all over the floor. Never been more disappointed in a meal in my life. I'll be sticking with Las iguanas in future!

Poor service and food the past couple of times... Used to like it here but not worth the hit and miss risk

We have been big fans of Chiquito's for some years now, being regulars at the Manchester and Leeds branches. However, the experience at Chiquito's in Sheffield was the worst possible! My husband and I are both ill today and we are certain it was the food as it just looked reheated (the chicken wings were dry and cold) and just didn't feel quite right. The service was terrible, one of our orders never arrived and the waitress had no idea what certain drinks were on the menu, nor did she bother asking anyone. The meal took forever to arrive when the restaurant wasn't even busy and what for?! Bad tummies before NYE. Do not recommend this specific branch at all and hope standards haven't slipped elsewhere!!

Good food and presentation. Did have to wait a long time for food as well as payment. Nice atmosphere. Very pricey
