We visited yesterday (15/05) for my birthday & it was fantastic. We were looked after by the wonderful Sandy. He really is a credit to your establishment. He is also extremely good with our 4 year old son. Very pleasant, funny, friendly,what more could you ask for in a waiter? This is the second time we have had the pleasure of Sandy serving us & both times he was just the same. The food was gorgeous, fresh & tasty. Also getting a lovely little brownie with a candle for a birthday wish was a lovey little extra.

Have been there several times. It has always been a nice place with friendly staff and amazing food, love the fajita. <3

But today it was even better, our order as been taken by he most friendly member of the staff, Sandy, who made us laugh as well, creating a lovely atmosphere. Very nice evening and the food amazing. Would definetly recommend this place to friends and I will be for sure still on my top list of restaurants. :)

Really Chiquito Preston you need to do better than this. If you can’t get a classic frozen margarita right then what’s the point! Your service was terrible today. One of your staff who was on his break visible swore under his breath when asked to remove the poorly made cocktail from our bill!!! There were approx 10 guests in the restaurant and four members of staff. With your overpriced food you have to do better than this #chiquito

Been a good customer to chiquitos over the years and received a car parking fine from them for using their car park whilst going to Costa in Odeon cinema, I've always parked on the left side as you enter the car park (adjacent to Costa) and never thought it was an issue, I was under the understanding that the right hand side in front of chiquitos was for their customers and the left was for Costa customers, I've never had an issue parking here before and all of a sudden I've been slammed with a fine. I'm mortified I've got to pay this fine now and won't be coming to chiquitos anymore, it's petty fining when it was mid day and the car park was empty and the duration of my stay was just over an hour, don't think a fine really justifies but won't get any joy in appealing it so had to resort to a bad review instead. Apparently there are signs but not ones that I noticed!
