Pre movie dinner. Fantastic service from two lovely fellas. Ben and Ben. Thanks guys. You made our evening. Food was great too �

First time here and can’t wait to go back! Had a lovely time, lovely food and atmosphere. Waitor was an absolute delight.

Fantastic food and very friendly staff

Wow poeple (young) who can't be arsed to do there own breakfast cos mammy does it can only complain stfup there was nothing wrong with the food or the waitresses me AND my disabled daughter were well looked after .you youngins get real

Food was ok , the staff were cheerful, only gripe is that the waitress started clearing the starter plates before one of the party had finished then proceeded to bring out the main course straight away, yes... they were busy but it's no excuse, maybe the waiting staff need a bit more training

Excellent night out. Friendly and attentive staff. BrillInt food (not stingy on the portions). Good atmosphere.



“I’ll be back”.

The building is lovley and the cinema service poor girl spent most of the time talking and hoping her shift was going to finish the waiter got my order wrong and the amount of food was small for 19 pound .I complained then there is long waits for orders don't know why as staff too busy talking need a good manager not good value .

We went to eat before a show so had a little time, the starter which was just warm, I had beef chilli and rice which if we had time to send back I woul have as it was dry like it had been under a heater for a while usually love Chiquito so very disappointed

We had a long wait between drinks arriving and food order being taken, then another long wait for food although there were no more than 20 diners in the whole restaurant. My partner ordered chilli beef volcano strength, when it arrived it had no heat at all (our shepherds pie is spicier), we asked the staff if correct order had been given and she confirmed a lot of people say that strength is not hot and offered some hot chilli sauce, which at best was medium hot.

We also felt that for the money, £14 (he paid extra for double filling) the size of the burrito was no more than a snack, so much so that we had to go straight to KFC for something quick for him to eat before our film started. We won't be going again and won't be recommending �

Stupidly over priced for bland food! Tiny portion sizes! Had to send two items back because I was wasn’t prepared to pay best part of £4 for a handful of chips. Waitied 50mins for food even though restaurant was half empty! Never returning to such an amateur establishment. VERY POOR SERVICE AND FOOD!

Ridiculous new decision not to sell any wine other than red. We walked out.....bet they have lost lots of other customers too. Ludicrous!

Never go to Chiquito's in tower park , we arrived at 7.20 and we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated , we then waited for an hour for our food whilst other people were being served around , the waiter then didn't bring us any cutlery or napkins, we then got served (finally) we then finished our meal and asked for the bill, i asked to speak to the manager about some money off of the bill which i thought was fair, only to be rudely told that because we had been waiting 55 mins and not an hour they would not be giving us discount. This place is a joke, will not be visiting again
