Our March Exhaust Raffle will take place on Tuesday 3rd March. As always wait until we say that the raffle is open before requesting numbers via Messenger -DO NOT REQUEST ON THE POST. As the season gets under way this maybe the last raffle we will be doing for a while depending on how busy we get. We will keep you posted on here.

A few shots of our Lambretta frame jig with a frame that has been put back to rights,we can do any series1,2 or 3(or even4😉)frame on this jig,very heavy duty multi point mounting to ensure we get your frame to where it was when it left the factory, resulting in far more neutral handling(if it was bent of course!) and bodywork that fits properly.Standard cost is £180 inc vat normal turnaround 1 day. If the frame is that bad that we have to start taking steering columns off etc to sort the job out then the cost will be higher,charged out at our normal hourly rate on top of the jigging fee. Been a busy week this week here's another engine ready for a happy customer. This is TS1230 touring engine with a CST3 exhaust, 5 speed gearbox, cassette clutch, 30mm PHBH carb, LTH cnc left hand reed manifold and a Vape sport ignition. With 22bhp and 20lb torque a nice grunty engine

Chiselspeed Tuning Ltd has just built and tuned 4 engines in time for the season.
Lambretta engine Quattrini 210, fitted with a 60mm crank giving 218cc tuned by Chiselspeed, including a CST10 exhaust, 30mm PHBH carburettor, varitronic ignition, AF 5 speed gear box and an AF cassette clutch. Resulting in 27 horse power and 20 pounds of torque.

Vespa PX125 engine Quattrini M1X, engine casings tuned, welded, machined and modified to take a Yamaha reed valve to take bell shaped crank, cylinder head machined to take 60mm stroke, Scooter and Service exhaust, Keihin 34mm flat slide carburettor, varitronic ignition, Pinasco gear cluster. Resulting in 23.5 horse power and 17.7 pounds of torque
