Our students are all different shapes, sizes and ages. So please don't think that you have to be like Jackie Chan or superfit to come and have a go.

Established in 1997 our club is one of the oldest and most respected martial arts school in West London. We ensure that we offer the best possible martial arts experience for beginners as well as experienced students. We have specific classes for beginners as well as a structured development programme which builds your confidence and skill over time.

Our extensive children's classes accept young children from 6 years old and upwards. Our training and development programme helps build confidence, increases mental focus and fosters leadership.

We honestly do feel our classes are the perfect blend of traditional teaching values, but are taught with a very modern and pragmatic approach that provides realistic self defence skills.
