went befor and was very good went today with my kids and food was yummy didn't take that long 2 of my kids had icecream so theirs came first while waiting for mine and my 2 year olds waffles he was kicking off big time so the manager come and gave him a little icecream pot with a flake and sauce and it worked a treat my son then stopped kicking off and the food was round very quickly.I hear so much bad stuff but I suppose everyone has there own judgment I like the place and so does my kids ­¤śŖvery nice people and service thank you

i got a take way for 4 people omg it was delicious the staff was great and very friendly explained everything even the deals they have on, price was good the waffles and sundaes was delicious i would highly recommend chocafellas and we will be going back to eat in next time :)

Would love to say thank you for singing happy birthday to my niece.. they overheard us singing to her and then went and did this... you all made her day thank you all xxx

My daughter loves this place and knows where she now wants her Birthday party. Crepes and shakes were amazing plus the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Had my daughterŌĆÖs birthday party here today. Amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful, food was great (perfect portion sizes). We all had a great time in our own section at the back (so didnŌĆÖt feel like we were annoying other guests!!)

Great place great staff... great value for money... won't be disappointed... am a regular customer here... would recommend chockafellas to anyone.. and you can also make it healthy by asking for a scoop or two of protein powder in your shake.! Nice one guys

As always a brilliant time and service here at chocafellas we had an accident and managers and members of staff were ever so helpful and replaced the waffle that ended up being ruined by this accident we always come and and we defo will be back again so thank you all xx

Ordered delivery, was told would be just over an hour (that's ok) but an hour and a half later and 3 phone calls we finally get our order, deserts were fantastic and undeniably mouthwatering BUT the time taken was a joke, they had our number if you couldn't find my house (on main road) call! It's attached to the order OR when I call the second time ask for directions!!!!!!! They will get a second chance but no more than that

It was nice! Very friendly staff waited over 20mins for my duck panini & when it finally came it was a duck bagel - so it went back to kitchen & the duck was redelivered in a panini ... mmm

& lil cold I couldnŌĆÖt wait around any longer so just ate it -

We have had nothing but poor service and awful food! I wrote a complaint through the website and have never heard back. Our food was cold and took hours to arrive. Our milkshakes looked as if they had spilt and one was half full. I have ordered a couple of times and always had bad service I would never order again and certainly wouldnŌĆÖt recommend them.

Very poor service and poor communication between floor staff and the kitchen. We decided to go here for my birthday (5 ppl) and ordered food at 12, with in 15 minutes they brought my brothers waffle and nothing for the rest of us. We sat waiting for a half hour waiting for our food when a waiter comes over and says they forgot our order and they'll start making it. We wait another half hour and they bring my dads meal but nothing else, after another 20 min wait they bring us someone else's pizza and waffles but not ours, so they left us without food again for another 20 minutes before we got fed up and asked for a refund for the meals we never received and left hungry and angry.

Ordered through Justeat.. food was 45 minutes late phoned to be told oh we didn't get an order but I'll go print it? Hmmm? Anyway another hour passed food turns up... wasn't even worth the wait! Dry, stale and 2 items missing!! Never again

Ordered food and when it arrived it was cold and the delivery man forgot the drink and he's excuse was that he gave it to someone else. He then returned with it with a straw that looked like it had been used! Will never order from here again

I went here today with my family and everything was just awful. Firstly, we had to wait roughly 40 minutes for food and there were only 3 or 4 tables occupied. My mum and stepdad ordered the breakfast. You could bounce the fork off of the eggs, they were that rubbery. The bacon and mushrooms couldnŌĆÖt be stabbed with the fork and the beans were cold. My brother had a pizza that was ŌĆ£thin crustŌĆØ and any person would know by the sight that it was thick. My food was served 10 minutes after everyone elseŌĆÖs leaving me there, hungry. In all honesty, my food which was the bacon chips were good! My mum asked for a refund which we were refused again and again claiming it was against policy. In the end, our whole meal was only refunded ┬Ż5 after a 15 minutes battle with the owner that claimed that he would not be allowed to give a refund even though we knew that if the food is not to customer standard or to service expected, the customer is entitled to a refund. I was also physically sick 20 minutes later. Safe to say, my mother was very upset and we will not be returning.

Had to wait ages for food. Could see into the kitchen, how some items were plated up and left sat there while waiting for the other food to cook. Had to ask for cutlery. Bearing in mind we sat for roughly 15/20 minutes for food. Beans were a odd looking colour and taste, bacon rubbery and cold, mushroom stone cold, ŌĆśfriedŌĆÖ eggs were definitely not fried but in fact sprayed with oil when plated up, bread was stale. Only decent thing was the over priced fries. Daughters ice cream came out ages after food was brought to us. No spoon given. Then they decided to actually bring our drinks out. One missing. Had to wait another 5 minutes for a bottle of coke to be brought to me. WeŌĆÖre planning to order waffles after food but decided to swerve it. All in all, over priced crap that took way longer than what it should have with staff that clearly donŌĆÖt have a clue. Avoid like the plague!

Food is good, it's just they made it fkin overpriced last couple of Months, plus they make you share the page and show it to them while doing it to get weekly offers like free milkshake with any crepe or whatsoever. Bad management. Chocofellas Chatham that is.
