Complete with Private Indoor Hot Tub and Log Burner, Providing luxurious self-catering accommodation for two - four guests (king sized four poster and two single beds), ChocBox Cottage is a two bedroom Victorian style detached cottage situated in the heart of the beautiful Market Town of Pocklington.

Won the 2 night stay competition with complimentary chocolates and champagne. Arrived at this lovely little cottage in Pocklington on Friday. Very clean and had everything you need. Hot tub is very nice too. Sainsbury's and Aldi across the road - very handy! And the town centre is very close! Would definitely recommend to stay here. Thank you once again.
We stayed at the weekend with our friends so 2 couples. We had a fantastic time. The cottage is perfectly placed for access to all local amenities. A big plus for us not having to use the car. We'll definitely return. Congratulations on such a lovely little cottage with a big hearty feeling too it.
Really cosy cottage in the middle of a very quaint town! Huge hot tub & all home comforts, local shops for convenience & lovely pubs nearby. We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend & hope to return soon! Thank you �

I can’t believe the negative reviews about this cottage. We’ve just returned from a lovely birthday treat at this cottage. The cottage is gorgeous. Yes it’s in a cemetery but it’s so quirky. Very quiet too. Supermarket across the road which is ideal. Hot tub was amazing. We caught the bus into york and had a brilliant day out. Will definitely be returning.
Gorgeous house with fab rooms, hot tub and everything you need! Located in a nice town with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Only a bus ride away from York for a day out too! Highly recommend :)
Absolutely love this cottage. Wasn’t sure about the location at first but now it’s one of our favourite places to stay. Beautifully done out and has everything you need. Pocklington town in a few mins walk with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely indoor hot tub and roof top terrace accessible from master bedroom. We’ve stayed several times and have more planned �
Location not the best. On the edge of a cemetery and a supermarket carpark over looks the veranda . Hot tub not great but inside was nice.
Wouldn’t even give a star!!! Just pulled up outside the cottage after 3 hour drive to be told sorry we double booked!!!! Here’s refund sorry!!! No offer off the petrol money we lost or help to find somewhere else!!! Absolutely disgusting stay well clear !!!!!!
