We booked in to the secret garden experience to surprise my mum for her birthday! It won’t be one she will be forgetting for a while! The staff went out of their way to make it super special for her and are so lovely. The chocolate was outstanding! We had the most lovely time! Would highly recommend to everyone to go and visit!!

Phoned up about a cake, was reassured that although I couldn’t order one (only gave 4 days notice) they would have what I wanted to purchase. Popped in on the Friday, picked what I wanted (10-15 slice with popcorn) and it was put aside for me to collect Sunday. Staff very friendly and helpful and cake was well packed so I could get it home on the train in one piece . Oh and the cake is delicious!! Highly recommend �

I had my hen do in londons palour room...was greeted and shown to parlour room by lovely lady with champagne milkshakes.selctions of cakes,dipping chocolate pots marshmallows and fruit, whilst we worked our way through all of that anothet platter of cakes arrived along with milkshakes we ordered! We were well and truely stuffed.we all had a doggy bag each was lots left over well worth the money.atmosphere was lovely would highly recommend �

Hi we were in London with my daughters whom are 8 and 6 last week to celebrate their birthdays.

My youngest Mia 6 loves cake.and your show and the shop. As soon as she knew we were going to London she asked to visit the shop on her birthday (Saturday 24th Feb) to have a slice of cake.



So the Saturday we were due to travel home and her actual birthday, we arrived at your shop in Covent Gardens. The lady upstairs told us to go take a look downstairs at the cakes. Mia choose a slice of cake she wanted to purchase, to be told she couldn't take it away, we were told we couldn't wrap it in a napkin or serviette for her to eat on the way home on the train. We didn't have the time to sit in. They were quite abrupt and rude, very unwilling to help. Mia was really upset, and we decided to leave without buying anything at all.



That was until one of the members of staff in the shop saw how completely devastated she was and offered her a small sample of chocolate popcorn. She did buy a full size one. But was still so upset she didn't get her choccy cake slice



I'm wondering what the issue was that a 6 year old was refused a slice of birthday cake wrapped in a napkin. Not sure why that was such a big issue. We were paying the eat in price for it. Would love a little feedback as we as parents were pretty upset with the way a 6 year old was treated

Edit *. We were invited back to choccy today where they treated my little girl to an epic tea party. Never in a million years did I ever think you would do something like that for her, you went above and beyond for her today the look on her face will be one I'll never forget!

We had an absolute blast, all the staff were amazing with us today. Best of all the take away cake is back so now this won't happen to anyone again
