Well worth a listen the programme covers everything from the history of cocoa to the genetics of beans
I have just discovered that cocoa tea from my Bolivian husks tastes great.The tea has a light chocolatey aroma and taste that makes for a thirst quenching cuppa!
Enjoyed this programmme on Venezulan cocoa featuring Maria Fernanda Di Giacobbe and Chloe Doutre-Roussel. I attended a course with them both last year in Atlanta, their passion and enthusaism for cocoa remains with me and spurs me on to make the best possible chocolate.
