The service we offer is provided in a way that respects people's privacy and choices so they maintain control over what happens in their own homes. We provide a service to people who are referred by the Local Authority, the Health Authority or people who are able to fund a private service or use a personal budget. At Choices we are committed to providing a needs lead service, whilst at the same time maintaining people's independence. Choices Home Care Ltd is registered with the CQC and provides care for Kirklees Metropolitan Council and Barnsley Borough Council.
