The worst place we ever seen. I had to feed our daughter and we ordered a duck with rice for her. But they began to force us to buy a second course for me. When we asked if the buffet service, the answer was no and that it's a simple restaurant, but still I have to buy a second portion for myself or buy a drink. The service staff and the manager are terribly rude, which I have never seen. The manager said: "If you do not want to buy anything for yourself, go call the police, I do not care"

I would not even give this place one star. Terrible service and humiliating experience!!! Myself and a group of friends went here yesterday evening and had the most appalling experience. The manager, a very manly looking woman, (the reason I say this is becuase since reading the reviews on Google everyone is describing the same person in the same way) - is the most rudest person I have ever come across working in a restaurant in my entire 28 years of being.

My friend had a baby and asked if they had a high chair and the manager woman said no really rudely and walked off. We then sat at the back on a table against a wall, so that my friend's baby couldn't crawl off somewhere (by being blocked by the wall) and the manager woman came over and shouted at us infront of the entire restaurant to move as that table is reserved. (No reserve sign or nobody allocated us to a table - we had to choose one ourselves). After shouting she walked off and started mocking us to other colleagues.

At this point I didn't know she was the manager so I got up and asked to speak with the manager and she started laughing saying I am the manager. So I asked for the owner and she claimed she was the owner too. No offence but I knew she definitely wasn't the owner judging by her appalling service and disgusting physical presentation. She continued then to speak in her language to other customers who understood her -
mocking me and laughing. I am also heavily pregnant and went back to my friends and we decided to leave. We then took a photo of her from outside and she started making smug poses. (Photos attached). What astonishes me is that after checking the reviews online there have been a lot of complaints about this same individual - why is she still working here? If only the owner could see how she drives customers away. I will never go back here and this woman is to thank. What a strange experience. If you want to be humiliated and degraded then this is the place to go. If you want good service and basic respect then AVOID.

Fantastic for what it is!
There's not much service to speak of, but the food and prices absolutely make up for that.
Popped in here with a friend and we were very happy with our meal. Good selection of dishes as well as many gegetarian options. We really liked it.

Doesn't even deserve one star. WORST SERVICE, WORST FOOD. Manager needs to learn management and customer service skills. She's (or he) couldn't even tell, a bit touchy on any REAL criticism on their food. The udon soup tasted like water and none of the vegetables tasted fresh or cooked (probably why the food comes out in 2 mins). Staff don't know what they're doing and the restaurant looks extremely dirty. WORST place in London, not even a restaurant more like a pig sty.

Dangerous is the word I would like to use. We found a couple of pieces of metal in our noodles. It looked like fragments of staple from packaging. On bringing it to the staff attention, they were least obliging and hardly bothered to even apologise. With kids eating along, they would have hardly noticed and just gulped the food on their table.

SERIOULSY DANGEROUS place to eat. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Quick, cheap and cheerful. No frills. I like that they don't add gratuities.

OK this place looks like a bright clean food canteen. You order from an extensive paper menu which acts as a food mat. You scribble your order on a numbered pad. Food appears quickly. Service is adequate but think "canteen". The food is very good value ie about £5-7. I had the roast duck and rice but the laksa looked good. Its not a food destination but if you are in the area and on a budget, this place is hard to beat. By the way they do delivery too.

Chicnese food for a fiver...don't expect much staff are unwelcoming. Ordered a dish that tasted of water then replaced it with a prawn chow mein which only had 5 pieces of prawn in it ! :(
