The service and the food was really good.

Nice food good value and service

Set menu on website differs to latest menu which we did not have nor were we told when ordering. Therefore received an order that was completely different to what we thought we had ordered. Rang the restaurant to try and rectify the problem and were just told that we had what we had ordered. No consideration for us as customers who have been visiting chopsticks for years. Food was also not as good as usual. Overall a pretty poor experierence and poor customer service rather than trying to rectify a simple mistake on their part.

Rude to me on the phone over charged me for things i didnt order or even recived. Rang to make a complaint she was extremtly rude/ hung up and said it wasnt here fault. Food is vile!!! And rude!! And average food sizes.

Really nice staff and good service. Food is fine - not posh, not bad either. Some dishes were not that tasty, some really good and full of flavour. If you prefer healthier food then better find another place to dine as almost everything is fried in deep oil. But overall you'll be satisfied with Chopsticks. x
