Lovely food and not a bad price for an Oxford Street food place. The young lady serving couldn't have been more polite and it was clean and tidy. Highly recommended for a quick lunch and a sit down between shops.

Really good food joint, I was pleasantly surprised and it's halal too.

I was from Thailand and I traveled to London. That time, I did miss the taste of curry and rice from Thailand. Chopstix helped me a lot. I was satisfied with the taste of the spicy curry and other toppings they offered. The staff were friendly. Only that sometimes the smell of the food stuck on my clothes after I got out of the restaurant.

The noodles were delicious especially with the oyster chicken pieces like Chinese Bang Bang. This was an authentic Oriental place with noodles and rice in Chinese and Thai recipe and food making.

not even 1 star! they are treating you like a shit the minute you try to go to restroom since they have only one up-straits ( says for disabled/ only 1 sign showed for disabled) and when you see the sign and go downstairs to use other toilets ( even if it says women-men on the door) they come to warn you it's for staff only!!!! sooooo rude and not even respectful at all! fuck the food! don't go there because of the attitude!!

This is the first time in my life I've written a review of a restaurant, but this place is so diabolical that I am compelled to do so to stop other customers being ripped off like I have been.



Firstly, the staff barely speak English; they are curt and unfriendly. The concept of customer service does not exist in their books. They just want to take your money and kick you out of the restaurant.



Secondly, don't be duped like most people by the newly-designed store. The prices have been increased (again) and what you are basically paying for is 90% of rice or noodles with a miniscule topping of chicken or whatever you may require. They deliberately pack your container with low grade white (aka unhealthy) rice or noodles as they are cheap - probably costs 20p maxium, yet they charge you a minimum of £5.50!



Thirdly, I was overcharged by this company. As I paid with my credit card and was in a rush, I only noticed when I got home that they charged me for two toppings even though I specifically ordered and received one.



This store is a complete con and you should avoid it like the plague.

Service is shitty the people are so rude ! And the food is too oily and no salt at all worse restaurant ever !

Food is ok, but the people who work there are so rude, they treat u like shit and act like they're making u a favor.

Extremely bad customer service very rude and disgusting behaviour by the staff at the Oxford branch. Never will visit that branch again.
