Chorlton Voice - Aka Chorlton Civic Society Description

WHO ARE WE?
Established in 1989, Chorlton Voice, AKA Civic Society, is an independent organisation which believes that nothing but the best is good enough for Chorlton and its people.

Our concern is the welfare of the area and its surroundings. In recognition of our commitment to the area, we are registered with the Civic Trust.

If you care about Chorlton, protecting, improving and regenerating the area - and generally keeping it the great place it is to live and work, your local residents group is for you! We cover the whole of Chorlton and Chorlton Park Wards.

Our Mission
To preserve, develop and improve the amenities, environment and other features of the area, which go to make pleasing conditions to live and work.
To stimulate public interest in the care for the character, beauty and history of the area.

To encourage high standards of architecture and town planning in the area.

DATES FOR YOUR DIARY - NEXT MEETINGS
