Stumbled across this place when visiting my JR. WOW! Best burger and fries I have had in ages. Not cheap but, restaurant quality.

One of the best burgers ive ever had. It was so tasty! Just had it delivered from the cambridge store, I was really impressed with the packaging, it came fast and hot. The only thing I would have had liked was a napkin ;). I loved it and I will be back for more!

Burger pink but dry £1.25 for a slice of burger cheese is a joke.

Chips are just frozen ones.

Chicken burger dry and not marinated like stated.

Well had to give it a try it's a burger after all but one of the most expensive takeaways in Cambridge well for me feel like it..... £50 for me and 2 kids (no kids option and had to pay more to remove the trimmings to accommodate a small child as they don't like fancy pickles and onions). Saying that they loved the burgers they filled them and tasted amazing. My son had the chilli winston which he said was amazing. My daughter had to have the create your own just for a plain cheese burger again it was amazing. And I had the bbq Eastwoody could have had a few more onion rings so I could taste them but this time I ordered them as a side along with the macaroni bites and chips. So great food but on my budget not something I can have (nearly a days pay for 3 of us to eat) It's a shame it was not more reasonably priced to tap into the student sector that's where you guys will make the money, such a shame you didn't do your research and though Cambridge had more money than London where it's cheaper to get one of your burgers... Oh also the price in store don't reflect the website price it's much cheaper there based on the website prices i would have saved £10

£50 for 4 burgers, ordered to collect at 7:45, when we got there we were told they don’t even start the order till collection time. When asked for a refund told not able to to give one in one in store. Door also doesn’t shut and is like a wind tunnel in there! Thanks bye

Worst customer service ever! The manager 'Vanya' is an absolute nightmare! Most obnoxious person I have ever encountered. The burgers taste like plastic and the chips are soggy and taste like dirty oil. Worst burger I ever tasted.

Website took my card details then acted as if it hadn't happened. Company can't tell you what happened as site is managed by a third party. Left feeling very concerned and will now have to cancel card. Beware.

WTF were you thinking with the packaging? I'm no eco-warrior but I was shocked an appalled by the packaging. For every portion of chips you sell, are you happy for one of those plastic disks to be produced and then instantly discarded? The burgers were delicious, but I can't condone what you guys are doing to the planet and will strongly advise anyone to avoid you until you rectify the amount of packaging you're using. For the sake of the planet please revise this asap.
