Poor...order was told 40 mins to delivet.1 hour 10 mins later no order. Phoned twice was told in way, phone was put down on us when we rang to cancel as poor service.
Will not be using again...could have walked to get....quicker...

Food is so-so, but the ignorance of the staff here is unbelievable. Also, check your change.

I ordered through hungryhouse as a first time customer as a rare treat for my son and i. I was really disappointed and would give it zero stars if i could. I rang up the takeaway at 19:45 after an hour waiting and the guy rudely told me it was on its way without an apology. I waited an hour and a half for the food to be delivered and received no apology for the lateness of my food. I didnt even order any main meals, only a naan bread, chips, chicken pakora, samosa and onion bajis with a korma sauce. It was all luke warm and dry, especially the chicken pakoras which seemed like they had been refried a few times to make them so dry the chicken inside the batter was crispy. The chips were like cardboard and the korma sauce was so watery it didnt even coat the food when you dipped it in. Really bad quality of food and service. Will not be eating from here again.

Disgusting! absolutely disgusting. The food is revolting, the chips were reheated too. as that i found hair in my panini it created such a ramification on my body i did sick all night. Do not recommend.
