Another lovely evening at Chows....

We went into Chows as a last minute decision, they were quite full but managed to fit us in. I'm not normally a Chinese eater but I have to say it was delicious and would definitely go back again, the waitresses were very friendly too

We visited Chows eating house last night for a family meal to celebrate my son’s 21st. The staff were very welcoming and the food was excellent. I look forward to returning again soon.

We recently went to Chow’s to celebrate my husbands birthday as a family. This has been very difficult over the years as our little girl has autism and the problems we have faced from her condition and the public have been stressful for the whole family, resulting in us not going out all together .... but not anymore from the moment I phoned to book they couldn’t do enough, even phoning up again to ask if they could do anything more. They put us in our own room with a fish tank, turning the music off so we could play what she likes, brought her endless prawn crackers (the only thing she liked), helping and were understanding when she had a little meltdown...organised a cake for my husband.. the service and food amazing as always.. thank you so much Chow’s from the McDonnell family... � Xc

We had a fabulous evening in the Dim Sum Bar. As always staff are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The ambience and decor is wonderful. As for the food, it's to die for, the crispy lamb was even better than the crispy duck. Highly recommended. Drinks served in beautiful glasses and good measures - you can actually taste the alcohol, none of this watered down stuff you get in some restaurants. Just perfect!

Visited Friday 1st September. We couldn't get a table in the main restaurant but was offered one in the bar side which did not disappoint! The finish in there is superb & right up our street! The service & ambiance was outstanding as was the food & drinks. We loved the recommendation of salt & pepper chips which were amazing!

Not visited for a long time but went with friends to celebrate Chinese New Year - food and service (+entertainment on this night) were great just as I had remembered. Highly recommended to anyone who loves Chinese food.

Must be the best Chinese in the North West.It has never failed to produce a super meal.Everything so fresh and clean tasting.The staff are super too. Love it and the price is right for the quality of the dishes.My family always go for Banquet 2.

Love Chows. Been a customer for over 10 years perhaps more. The people on the front line are ace. May is a lovely person. Even my grand children love it here . I always impress my international family and friends with a visit. Thumbs up all the way.

Fantastic - I last went here in 1978!! It was amazing then and it still is amazing. The staff are great - we had my grandson with us and the staff amused him and even looked after him funding him with jelly babies and Cadbury buttons when we finished our meal. This is a wonderful family restaurant. The food was fantastic - many thanks for the wonderful service and food - hope to visit again much sooner than 39 years this time !!!

A sincere thanks to Helen and her team for helping me cater for an 80th birthday party with a Chinese banquet at very short notice.

Everything was excellent. The food for 18 people arrived on the dot and all was delicious. The most outstanding thing was that nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. I'll be booking again, but hopefully with a bit more notice. Thanks very much indeed.

Plenty of buzz for a Wednesday evening. We liked the extensive menu and tried the mini hors d'd'oeuvres menu which we both enjoyed. We did find some of the dishes a little too sweet hence the 4 star rating.

Lovely tasty food but i gave it a 4 for being so expensive for the quantity of food and because staff seemed to be looking at us (maybe being sat next to the front window where staff repeatedly gaze is not the ideal spot.
