Owning and running as company can be tough. In amongst the successes and satisfaction can be much stress, anxiety, doubt, loneliness and other draining emotions. Such is the focus on the business that personal needs often take a back seat. Prompted by my own experiences, that's seen me learn as much from what I got wrong as well as right, I am passionate about providing totally confidential and tailored support to leaders of SME's to help them be the best in business but not at a damaging cost to themselves. My approach is to provide an environment that allows honest exploration of the challenges and identify ways to make changes that improve well-being to the advantage of the individual, their family and ultimately their business.
