Whatever issues you currently find yourself troubled by, I offer you a space to explore those areas in your life which may be causing you such distress. A way to finding a deeper understanding of the situation and to move toward the outcome you want, whatever it may be.

Our ability to work together is an extremely important factor for your successful therapy. To ensure you have the best opportunity to make an informed choice of therapist I offer you a free introductory / assessment session.

At this first session you will have the opportunity to talk about whatever particular issue(s) is /are bothering you. This will give us both a better understanding of what you are looking for from counselling.

It is also an opportunity for you to decide whether I am the most suitable therapist for you.

My approach is open, friendly, supportive and non-judging.

I am based close to Seven Kings railway station, Ilford and am also within easy reach of the surrounding areas of Chigwell, Romford, Barking, Wanstead, Hainault and Leyton.
