Great yoga classes - don't forget yoga garden party next Thursday 11th July at Sylvia and David's 43 The Ridings Chestfield at 2.30 p.m. Their beautiful garden came first in the National Garden Scheme competition for amateur gardeners. As usual lots of food tea and chat and £5 donation to Epilepsy Society. See you there.

Monday evening classes, bring and share on Monday 7th December with Christmas meal in February/March 2016. Other classes will let you know dates of Christmas meals later.

Thank you so much Tuesday morning yoga class for my super pressie. The champagne tea at the Waldorf Hotel on the Strand with my daughter was fantastic - harp playing beautiful décor - I was tempted to do some yoga poses in the enchanting rooms!!
