The revival leaders followed the method of Wesley but combined it with an approach drawn from John Calvin. arising from this background we formally belong to 2 denominations, the PCW or Presbyterian Church of Wales [20th name for The Calvinistic Methodist Church] and the URC United Reformed Church, which makes us an LEP or Local Ecumenical Partnership. It's simpler to call ourselves Christ Church Oswestry.
