Very nice atmosphere. The place is very clean and looks really fancy. I didn't stay so I cant speak of the rooms, only the event facilities. The staff was good even so undergoing so obvious traning.

Great hotel, had one of the 2 best rooms. Fantastic view. Weather was a bit stormy so didn't get to use the free kayaks. Nit picking but as the weather was bad we put on the tv when we were in the room but the signal was terrible. The WiFi was also a little poor. Other than that it was a fantastic weekend!

The hotel is beautiful as a whole. Perfect for weddings and events. Food is of a good standard. The rooms are good - the beds are quite high above the ground though. Drinks are on the pricier side £££.

Great location, lovely hotel, OK staff but man it's expensive.
There really is nothing to complain about with the location of this hotel, on the harbour with it's own slip and kayaks and paddleboards to borrow.
The hotel itself is lovely with a classic nautical theme. Bedrooms was clean a tidy with a great bed.
The reception and spa staff were friendly and super helpful, however the restaurant staff were more than a little snooty, we were blanked at the bar for at least 10 minutes, it wasn't that busy.
£80+ for a prawn and crab sandwich, two burgers and a salad from the bar menu. The sandwich didn't come with any sauce, one of the burgers was a little dry and the other was dripping.

This hotel was booked as one of our final stops on our 2 week trip. We were happy to book it after seeing gorgeous photos online and reading spa reviews. The room was a huge disappointment. Although it was spacious, it was not the luxurious room as seen in the photos. Our TV was smaller than most laptop screens, it was very noisy and hot and the lights that illuminate the hotel sign also illuminated our room. The one saving factor was dinner at the restaurant. The staff there was very receptive and the food was delicious. My recommendation is to find another hotel in the area and book a dinner here. We were very dissatisfied and feel the price far exceeded the quality.

Amazing views from the rear outdoor decking of Christchurch Harbour, accessible to restaurant and spa guests. Perfect for a sunny day.

Had a lovely overnight stay. Room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and we had a lovely view out over the bay. Dinner and breakfast both faultless and delicious. Spa area is small but very lovely all the same. All staff were very friendly, happy to help and professional. All in all a great hotel for a little r&r!

Great spa session. Beautiful surroundings. The service I received in the restaurant was very poor. Took an excessive amount of time to receive my lunch.

Me and my fiancee popped in for afternoon tea and fizz . Have to say the service , professionalism and high quality of food we received was 1st class and can't thank everyone there enough for such a delightful time we had there.
We requested a window table but they were all taken when we arrived until a couple finished not long after we arrived and before we could ask if we could move tables the staff swiftly organised the window table in seconds for us ( hows that for service 😁) . Can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for that special place . Being greeted by friendly , professional and happy staff goes a long long way in my book 😉.Many thanks again...
