Christian Kitchen In Walthamstow (Waltham Forest)

Christian Kitchen is a charity provision that seeks to feed homeless and marginalised people in Waltham Forest.

We provide a hot 3-course meal every evening 365 days a year - and have done for 27 years now.

Each evening volunteer crews take out the purpose built van to a place near Walthamstow Market where around 50-70 people gather for food.

A typical meal of soup and bread, main course and dessert, with tea and coffee is served at no cost to the consumer.

All costs are met through voluntary contributions received from individuals, churches or charitable trusts.

If you have food you would like to donate, please bring to St Michaels and All Angels church, Walthamstow. Volunteers are onsite every day from 4: 30pm? Things like: Chopped tomatoes, Soup, Rice, Baked Beans, Meat, Pasta, Fruit, Peas, Coffee, Potatoes, Carrots, Cocoa, Tuna, Sweet corn, Sugar etc.
