Great service

Gave my daughter fair price for transporting two sets of heavy boxes and suitcases from White City to SW6, after ten on on two different occasions. Very helpful driver and cab control. Ignore the low reviews and give them a go. Ubers like passengers not freight and don't like coming into Estates either.

Avoid at all costs. Outrageous behaviour. Would give 0 stars if possible. Booked a cab from the office to go to a&e in an emergency, with a suspected serious poisoning late at night. cash point next to the office was out of service, guy at desk, reasonably told me to request a stop at a cash point. Driver then proceeded to take me around a load of improbable venues for a cash point, making me get out to inquire at newsagents, closed garages. I finally found a cash point in the 4th improbable stop after walking a block alone to another cash point and then back to the car. He takes all my money from my hands saying he deserves it because of all the ridiculous stops he insisted on making at completely irrelevant places, making me get out for directions. When I protested he called me a b**** and said I deserved everything that happened to me hospital. You couldn't make it up. Called to inform the company, they never replied. Get an uber instead. This guy was a sadistic selfish thief preying on a lone woman in a very vulnerable situation.

Rudest cab I've ever experienced

I have been using this company for the past 8 and a half years admittedly I have 1 or 2 incedents with the drivers but after complaining to the management I felt satisfied that the management took the correct steps to disipline the drivers in question overall I am very happy with this service and I would recommend it to anyone
