There are times in our lives when we need someone to talk to who accepts us as we are.

There are times when we question who we are and what is our life all about. if you are like me, you may be able to offer your friends and loved ones advice , but when it comes to ourself we sometimes need to speak to someone who doesn't know us. Who can help us to rediscover our authentic self.
The authentic self may have been lost following an upset or trauma we have experienced in life, sometimes we don't even know where we lost ourself.
I can offer you a holistic service using several different approaches , where we would look at your whole life experience, rather than putting a sticking plaster over your pain or trauma.

My specialism is in locating the hurting child within and re-framing the hurt, trauma and guilt feelings. It is then that the authentic self emerges whole and healed.

I am a qualified Professional Counsellor, a Master Hypnotist , a practitioner of Emotional healing and a Law of attraction practitioner - and I have over 20 years experience of working in the caring services. I can offer flexible appointments and reasonable rates.
