My first class for Skillshare has launched. Skillshare is an online learning platform comprised of online video classes taught by practitioners in a variety of areas, including technology, design, lifestyle, entrepreneurship and the creative arts. I was approached by Skillshare earlier this year and asked to become a teacher on the site, helping students to learn how to write copy. I spend most of my time writing about technology, what it can do and how it can transform businesses and people's lives, and I love it.
At the same time it's really nice when a new client in a totally different industry approaches me. Last week I wrote the new website for Louise Rose Couture, a vintage wedding dress brand. It's was great fun and Louise had some very lovely things to say about my new copy....
