Absolutely shocking ordered from this place and after waiting an hour and 20 minutes i contacted them to find out where our order was to be told they'd tried to contact us which they hadn't having to wait that long and with kids waiting too I will never be ordering from this place ever again

Been going here for about 15yrs and the food has always been lovely....the owners and staff are always welcoming so all in all a superb takeaway with top star ratings from us.

Just ordered from here received the order the what is supoat to be crispy wedges are freezing cold and soggy normal order from here a lot so ino its not normally an issue rang to tell them and some very rude arrgorant man comes on the phone telling me it's my own fault for not asking for them to be crispy which iv never asked for before that's normal how they are made & come, & then he try's blaming the weather what a comepleate idiot so rude and trying to push the blame on me absoloutly fuming never again will I order from that a-hole

I ordered southern fried chicken, not a pet one for my garden! Once ringing up to complain the chicken was still very much raw and clucking their response was "I assure you that it's not raw it's just slightly pink and will fall off the bone." Will not be ordering from here again.
