Guy on the phone is so abrupt and does *not* have a friendly-tone. He actually sounded aggressive. I don't think that type of manner will make customers want to use your service!

Pre paid a taxi from Mudeford to Brockenhurst on 9th November - reasonable price, waiting for me on time, friendly and helpful driver, will definitely use this firm again

A good service but I received my change in old pound coins which can't be used

I was recently visiting friends in Southbourne, Bournemouth. I then called Chritax in neighbouring Christchurch and they were there within 10 minutes. Tim, their drive took me to the airport, very professional and courteous. I would use again.
