We’ve just got back from Chuck Burger. It’s the first time we’ve been there despite living locally. The food was delicious, cocktails well made and staff friendly and knowledgable about their products. We had a lovely meal surrounded by some old school blast from the past tunes (albeit maybe a tiny bit loud, this could just be our age though!!). We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!

The best burgers I have ever had , and I have been to many a burger joint .

Quality burgers, excellent 5* service, cocktails were spot on, all round an excellent place. Well done chucks.

Pippa was a fab host this afternoon. Gave us all great suggestions and was a very warm and friendly host for the children ! Will be visiting again ! Shame we didn't get a chance to say bye ! Big family with the three crazy kids

Delicious food, they have gluten free option , which is very good as one of my friends at yesterday dinner could enjoy picking up anything from menu. Very friendly and nice staff. We had lovely evening there :)

Been coming here a while now. Best burgers outside of central london, lovely staff, great service. Plus they do GF options now which is great for my wife👍🏻🍔🍟❤️

Went here recently to have a catch up wit a friend, good service, friendly staff and can’t go wrong with the food! Only issue I had was the limited GF options, would be nice to have a GF bun for the burgers instead of a naked burger.

It was perfect burger . I liked the spicy sauce . Staff are very friendly . I would recommend for a get together party . They have a good space for family with kids .

Good burger, most of the staff were friendly - the lovely northern Irish lady. Some weren’t. Nice cocktails.

Ok for a quick bite to eat beef burger was really over cooked and my gf had chicken which was cremated. Apart from that not bad!

Foods great customer service is another issue though the wait is next to nothing was not informed there would be over 30 -40 minute wait for food minimum in busy periods if I was made aware at time of course, I would have informed the attendant I'm in a rush and would have gone else where.

Food was great however the music is so obnoxiously loud you can't actually have a conversation with the person next to you without shouting. My mother in law wears a hearing aid and when we asked a waitress to turn the music down she told us 'so you are aware we always play music on a Friday and Saturday night' which I was quite surprised by given that i had explained the loudness was interfering with the hearing aid. She turned it down slightly, but it was still loud so we asked the manager to turn the music down (I told her that I wanted to make an important announcement to my family and I asked her to turn it down for 2 minutes) and she rolled her eyes at me and said she would turn it down slightly "on this occasion"!!! Amazed at how rude they were on this particular topic. On a positive note there were 12 of us and they managed to get our order correct and out at the same time. Its more a like a club in there so probably won't be going back. Not ideal for a nice family dinner.

They served me bacon in a veggie option, it conveniently dissapeared into the kitchen and then the manager told me "we all tasted it and it was just burned cheese." Although ive never seen pink cheese with fat running through it. Then some really burned and old looking onion rings arrived that we sent back. 2 out of 5 dishes had to be sent back and the table next to us received the wrong order as well.

The veggie burgers were grand but in general, a poor show.

Over priced, burnt food, menu's are made of paper oh and used, so oil stains all over it, surprised they can serve a unhygienic menu in that manner. Service wasn't special yet a 12.5% service charge?! REALLY. For the price paid portions should be bigger!

Normally great but not when you can't get through on the phone for an hour to make an order.

Whilst a really lovely place. Completely screwed up our order. Won't be going back in a hurry. How can you get an order of 12 wings and a little chicken burger incorrect, served us 6 wings (ok not a major although had to wait 15 mins for the other 6) and then served me a Beef Burger instead of a chicken burger. Beef being against my religious beliefs to eat.



An offer of taking the wings and burger off the bill and a round of dessert was offered and accepted, but blaming new staff on incorrect order taking is a bit shallow. If you're not confident in your staff, don't let them serve !

Visited today, Although the burger was nice, it was massively over priced for the size of it. In all the pictures you see, You'd expect to be getting a burger the size of a quarter pounder. Also, we got a portion of onion rings. They looked amazing when the table next to us got theirs (more on that in a moment), but my God I picked one up and it leaked oil all over the place. So I squeezed out the remaining and took a bite. Seriously lacking on the flavour front. The batter had absolutely nothing about it. Perhaps a touch of salt and pepper in the future will help it out. I also got a portion of cheesy chips. Well, chips. But don't worry I got charged for the cheese despite any actual evidence of it.



The tables, way too close together. I wanted a table for 2. May aswell have been a 4. And then with the smallest of gaps the waitress still decided that she would squeeze herself through it.



Which is another point, out of the 4 members of staff we had contact with, the nicest one was the guy that greeted us as we came in and then again as we left. He also explained to us the specials board. No one else bothered. He had dark curly hair and deserves a raise. Another cleared our table. She was nice enough. Politely done her job. Another guy, asked us if we wanted the dessert menu, then walked off an stood at the bar. I didn't get a menu. Had to ask someone else. But he did stand there looking at me while I waited for the menu. Strange guy. Then we come to the last, the waitress, I'm like 90% sure she was on some sort of drug. She looked smacked off her face and just ambled around which made it all the more obvious something wasn't right.



In summary, the burger was nice but small, dessert was lovely.
