We recently have just hired the chuckles chippy mobile van and it was brilliant, the charming man served 16 of us no problem, we where all eating together in no time, I personally had cod and chips and thought it was lovely but no complaints from the other 15 so they must of enjoyed there's also

highly recommended

The food here is brilliant and the customer service outstanding, this is my favorite Fish n Chips Restaurant and can't get an experience like it from anywhere else.

Me and my partner dine here and we are always greeted by friendly staff and a warm atmosphere, 5 stars isnt enough to justify how well these guys do. Chuckles Chippy 10 out of 5 Stars.

The chip vanbulance comes to.Burton, we've bought from there pretty much every week since they started coming, foods been good even been eating the batter as its nice, I usually don't elsewhere, so that speaks volumes, see you on friday.

Stopped by for some fish and chips they were actually closed but preparing for a party and took time to serve us and let us sit in! Great service from very nice people and loved the food the batter on the fish is really light well worth a try!

Just had fish and chips on the Quay from the Chuckles van. Best fish and chips I have had in ages. Such a shame the shop has closed though. I used to buy your ginormous fish cakes!

I ordered through Just Eat and it was the best Fish & Chips I have had. The food was very well presented, nice and hot and we recieved our food in the allocated time we were told. To top it off a polite smiley delivery driver.

I have to say we had the BEST fish and chips ever here!! Delicious!!

I had a problem and the owner personally come round and apologised to us and he was nice guy! Spot on customer service skills and the food was good!!

I had Chuckles Chippy provided the fish and chips for my 60th, they were fantastic, all guests loved the food as they served very freshly cooked fish or sausages. Would recommend to anyone wanting a different form of catering for a party otr other occasion.!

Great meal and lovely staff ...also a big thanks to Mandy for being so kind to us on Sunday and suggesting some where to stay when we thought we'd have no caravan to go to!!!!! All was ok in the end but a huge thanku for your kindness x

Stopped in Christchurch on market day,on the way to holiday. Lovely lunch fish was beautifully cooked. Good portions for both adults and children's meals. If and when we are down there again we will pop in for lunch again

I ordered food over the phone at the Poole road store,

The person who answered the phone sounded like he just woke up,

When my food arrived the battered sausages were all different colours, and our large cod just tasted of oil, there was no taste to it at all,

I also ordered a bottle ketchup and it did not arrive,

So out total order came to £19.30 I gave the driver £20 told him to keep the change, I wish I didn't now, could have gone and got a bottle of ketchup.

Atleast that's our last order from chuckles as we're moving out of the area.

Changing my review ... Didn't want to but I'm not mad that the food was 15 mins late .... It's the food the chips where very over cooked and the fish didn't taste right it had a weird taste but the only thing that was good was the chicken nuggets in the kids meal ��

Awful service. Went in after the carol concert just after some quick chips as it was getting late. Two portions of chips took twenty minutes and the three people that came in after us were served first. No explanation given but the same apology that we had been given for the previous ten minutes. One to avoid when the chips weren't great and the service was worse. Much better chippy's locally. Steer clear.

A friend and I went in on our lunch break over an hour to get our meal ignored for over 15 min when arrived tables who arrived after us got served quicker! Despite asking several times and asking that we get it soon as we have to return to work politely, a man came and asked us how our food was. We expressed we were unhappy with the service to which we were told were busy out the front in the take away area, when we looked it was empty! When we left we the man who spoke to us earlier behind the counter just laughed and made a sarcastic comment sorry will not be returning

Chips was horrible taste like they got cooked yesterday.

Forgot our drinks rang and complained but tbh doesn't look promising they will come

Got take away delivered Friday night and was really disappointed chips wet warm and felt like they had been cooked for a long time and fish batter was soggy



Really disappointing and waste of money shame as was looking forward to it too

Christchurch branch-Substandard food, over cooked and really disappointing for the money we paid.



Me and my partner ordered a hot dog and chips and ending up having a bun as they had ran out of hot dog rolls, battered sausage was unrecognisable and looked as if it had been sat in the hot plate all day, the chips were disgusting, crusty and over fried, all the bits from the bottom of the tray were on my plate..Place was dead and card machine did not work



Hot dog and chips £5.75 and two kids meals cost me £20.50 in total, Portion sizes for adults and children were the same even though the adult meal costs more, not worth the money!!



My local chippy offers much better food at half the price...Avoid!
