Very bad service from lady doctor

Poor doctors service. Understaffed.

Helpful staff. Shame appointment times are too long of a wait

The staff are always polite and happy. They try to help.
Liza Scot the person I like to see as I am very complicated.
She listens to all my problems. Helps where she can.
Liza treats you as a person.
The other patients always willing to help.

This practice is much maligned ,my experience is 100 percent satisfaction the care that my wife and I recieve is first class.

Occasionally the reception staff are a little difficult to deal with however I have seen the abuse that they are expected to deal with

I don't often write reviews but I am sick of seeing negative comments.

Really feel for the staff, the reception staff are much friendlier and helpful compared to another large practice not too far away, the nursing staff are great, doctor wise i don't know yet, but the ones i have met locum or not have been professional and helpful and do their jobs efficiently.
