Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. I went in looking for a thin gold chain and found one, I showered with it a day after and the gold cross, that I hold dearly to my heart, nearly fell down the drain. I wanted a refund, simple right? Wrong. I made her aware of my consumer rights and she fought me back and said where had I been living. When I handed her the receipt she immediately wrote ‘no money back guarantee’, to save her own back, what the hell does that mean! I then had to go to citizens advice because she was that stubborn. Waited 2 hours and managed to get written statement of the events. Finallly after all that I got my money back.
